Paid Drupal services

At present we have a website and I need help with the theme and CSS and also somebody to talk to that could advise on possible modules and functions that there could be. Also would love to talk to someone about profiles and portfolios, I have skype at the moment so would welcome a quick chat, I am in the UK and in Scotland, I have done bits and pieces with the site but I am kind of lost with what needs to be done, I think I trashed a couple of things by mistake.

I am having trouble applying the core patch for 'comment notify' on one of my client sites. 'comment notify' requires a patch to the comment module. See: http://drupal.org/project/comment_notify

The problem is the site currently uses a different version of the comment module than the patch is written for. I imagine the patch needs to be applied manually.

Balding for Dollars badly needs a new Drupal theme. I am the one who set up the website. I'm so ashamed of it because it looks like a piece of crap but I don't have any time to make a proper theme for this. I basically help them out for very little money and I have a day job.

I would like to get some proposals/quotes that I can take to the Balding for Dollars people. Since we are based out of Vancouver, someone from Vancouver is a little more ideal because that would allow for face-to-face contact but not essential.

I think they would definitely like the sunshine logo to feature prominently on the site. They also seem to like pictures of people with shaved heads.

The site is 4.7 now but it will be 5.0 soon.

How much does it cost to make a new theme design to my site with an attractive first page and logo..
