Paid Drupal services

We are about to upgrade or spreadfirefox-like website to 5.1 but before that, we thought that we could fix all the issues going on with spreadfirefox theme.

Achieve Internet is a well established Drupal developer with offices in San Diego and LA specializing in high-profile, media industry clients across the US. We're looking for motivated, expert Drupal developers with real world experience who want to be challenged, respected and part of a great team. We're offering experience, interesting projects and great work environment. Oh, and we're only looking for the best, so the pay is great too.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with PHP and at least one year in the Drupal framework. Additional programming experience (Perl, ASP.net, Java, C++, ASP etc.) is helpful. Experience with large scale, multi-server hosting environments would also be a big plus.

We assume you're a great programmer with a track record of completing projects on time and generally exceeding expectations. However, the web is our medium and significant experience with XHTML, HTML, Javascript and CSS is a must. In addition, our lead developers participate in creating requirements analyses, estimates and specifications for client projects.

I have been told I need a module for a "featured posts" ability to be on my drupal 5.1 install, existing modules will not do this, although hooks are available for all the features to work together and make this happen.

How much would I expect to pay for the following ability:

What I would like to have happen is that users earn "user points" (I am currently have installed and am using USERPOINTS module for this ability) for contributing to the site. They can spend the points (as one option) to have their post "featured" on the front page. (I have e-commerce installed as well)

I would like their content (the individual story chosen) to be able to be automatically promoted as a "featured item", then demoted automatically. (either after a set time, or as a result of another user spending more points....by definition there would need to be some limitations on how many posts can be "featured".

-converting the whole theme to a drupal compactibel theme

I am looking to hire somone to help with the install of a few modules. These modules include the organic groups and the majority of the community modules.
