Paid Drupal services

A small group of bloggers are interested in starting a new website. The wish is to have the main front page covering news, and a linked second front page for a community blogging website.

Looking to build new site using drupal 5. The site is for a career/education portal site that will offer users ways to search for educational programs and related job opportunities in their field of interest. The site act as a lead generation service for advertisers. I am mostly interested to work with someone in NYC area. Please contact me for those who are interested.

I'm looking for some help in developing a Real Estate site which will enable agents to log in and manage their properties and their contacts. I haven't had much experience with CiviCRM, but I think that will probably be the way to go for managing the contacts. I have created the "Add Property" content type using CCK, but I need some more help tying it all together.

Here are some feature requirements:

Agents need manage properties
Agents need to manage contacts
Properties and Contacts (Buyer/Seller) need to be associated.

Redesign, Rebrand, Reposition
So here it is, folks. Molly.Com.

I have some budget, but you gotta pitch me awesome.

I have great ideas but I need great input from designers, API folks, I need you, big time.

I need a total rebrand. We’re talking print, video, picture, film and hello . . . web site.

I have tried pretty much everything but still it is not working. Though on limited budget and such a small work, I will still try to give you some $$$ (by paypal) as this whole issue is a real pain in the @$$. :-)
