Paid Drupal services

I'm currently considering the possibility of migrating my entire website (www.gamebanshee.com) to Drupal and I'm looking for some input into how much of an undertaking it would be to convert all of the site's webpages, whether or not the site could maintain its existing style and functionality, and what it would cost to hire someone for the project.

A COMPLETE social networking and fantasy sports website looking for very experience drupal developer to build the entire site.

Components includes
- traditional social networking functionality
- ecommerce mall/shopping cart
- fantasy sports game
- forum
- Admin module
- Sports stats importing

I mean
- I do the work
- John Doe have to pay me

John Doe give money to this service XYZ, once work is completed, XYZ give me money, if i don't do the work, service XYZ don't give me money

anyone knows/remember it?
