Paid Drupal services

See the Collections (.pdfs) at Unique Carpets, Ltd. I want you to:

1. Create a "Collection" node type
2. Create a node-collection.tpl.php file
3. Develop template images and CSS code to format the node_type_collections similar to the .PDFs

The site is powered by Drupal 4.7. If you need or suggest Drupal 5, I would like you to upgrade the site also.

I am in the planning phase for developing a B2B social Networking service provider site. I want to know whether Drupal can support this kind of application. Service features will include Account Profile, Secure Log-In, Content Creation using different applications (e.g., Wiki, Drupal's Book Collaboration, Threaded Forum), Messaging between Accounts, CMS, billing services. Rules will be defined that determine how registered users can communicate with one another and under what conditions. I have listed the project on ODesk (www.Odesk.com).

I'm looking for a freelance graphic designer who can take PhotoShop (or similar) mockups from our client and deliver web-ready individual .gif, .png, or .jpeg graphics for use in a theme. The client will provide mockups for several pages for different sections of the site, but it's all for a single theme with minor customizations for certain functional areas.

We have a website focused on Entrepreneurs and Advisors.

We would like to:
1) Add 'Friend of Friend' functionality and
2) Add functionality and user dashboard as per 'http://www.vator.tv'
3) Improve the current theme especially around the user profile so its more interesting and impactful.

In regards to (2) above, this should hopefully not be too challenging given the modules currently available. The user interface is probably the main element no?
