We would like a business leads generation system integrated into our Drupal-based portal site.

Application Overview

A. A Customer is contracted with us to receive pre-qualified leads from our website. The customer will belong to a single business category (for example, “Realtor”. another category may be “Fishing Guide”)

B. There will be only 1 customer assigned to a particular category

C. The Customer will be able to create/upload an autoresponse that will be generated when a site visitor submits the information request form and has selected the client's category.

D. Site Visitors will be able to fill out an information request form. The form will contain checkboxes of categories (ie “I am interested in: Real Estate, Fishing, etc...”). Visitors can select multiple categories.

E. When the Visitor submits the form, the lead is automatically emailed to the Customer(s) whose categories were checked. In addition, one more autoresoponses are sent to the Visitor, based on the categories they selected.

F. The autoresponders are not sent all together immediately, but spread out over a short time (ie 5 minutes, 15 minutes, etc...). This is so the client's email box is not overwhelmed.

We are in need of a consultant that can help us to bring our site live. We currently have one developer (me!) that has been using Drupal for around 3 months. This is a social networking site that will have heavy use of video and multimedia. This is a contract for around 20hrs per week and could last 6 weeks or more.

We are located in the San Francisco area but are flexible with regard to location.
