I'm looking for a freelance graphic designer who can take PhotoShop (or similar) mockups from our client and deliver web-ready individual .gif, .png, or .jpeg graphics for use in a theme. The client will provide mockups for several pages for different sections of the site, but it's all for a single theme with minor customizations for certain functional areas.

We're a small web consultant firm based near the Bay Area in California. We currently have programming and theming skills in-house, but we no longer have a graphics person. We are looking to make a long-term relationship with a graphics designer for freelance contract work.
