Paid Drupal services

Hi guys,

I need a developer to build me a website with the following features:

- Site with 8 main sections;
- Main Page
- About Us
- Products
- Services
- Specials
- News
- Did you Know..
- Contact Us

- Fully Custom Template/Design

- Search Engine Optimisation for Google

- The Products section must be organised into categories and sub categories.

- Each product must be able to have up to 2 images uploaded with certain text fields like heading, short description, description, price (if required), special price (if required)

- each product must have a teaser with a thumbnail picture. upon clicking the products, you are taken to the full product details

- You can select certain products to be on special. These products will appear in the 'specials' section

- 3 products can be 'featured products'. these products will have a mention on the main page and will take you to the full description when clicked on.

- The 'did you know' section are essentially articles that can have pictures (up to 2 pics) and edited with a WYSIWYG editor. you can also attach 1 x PDF document per 'did you know' tip. The latest 2 tips appear as teasers on the main page under a 'did you know' section. All tips are archived and can be deleted if needed.

We have a site of about 100 pages that is made with Movable Type v3.2. This project is to convert the site to drupal v5.

Notes:

1) The drupal site must be cleanly laid out, and easy to manage (e.g. easy to make and add new pages)

2) The drupal site must render properly in all main browsers (Firefox 1/2, Mozilla, IE 5/6/7)

We will provide:
1) A development system, Windows with IIS, that will have drupal all loaded up, ready for you to work.

I need some customization done on the webforms module.

I'm specifically looking for 3 things:
1. Fix file attachments: files are supposed to be stored in the specified directory. Currently the directory gets created but files don't get stored there. They're not attached to emails either, and should be.
2. allow for the email-to to be able to be selected from a form field - in my case it would be a select but I suppose it could/should be written to support any field - some may want hidden, some may want multiple checkboxes and it go to all addresses etc.
3. Allow for a field to be selected to generate a pdf (the field could then be hidden, as i would need or a checkbox that others might use) and email that out as an attachment instead of plain text. This is probably the most complex part of it - the pdfview module might be able to be used for this in some way, or either the tcpdf (http://www.fpdf.org) libs, dompdf (http://sourceforge.net/projects/dompdf/) libs or other possibilities could be used to make this happen.

These are all 3 client requests (and the first one is supposed to already work), but I would hope and expect that these would be done in a way that they could be contributed back to the webforms module which is already pretty great.

I am looking for a Drupal expert, who would like to make video tutorials about Drupal 6 using screen capture software (Camtasia Studio on Windows preferred, but this is not a mush-have tool).

It takes ~10 hours to record and edit one 1 hour long video. You must have a good pronouncing in English (so you must be native speaker or perfect in English).
