Paid Drupal services

Have this site here developed. In the process of Drupalizing... The designer did some good coding, but getting his menus and Drupal to work together nicely is beyond my skill set. I could figure out if I had days to contemplate it. But I do not. Thought Nice Menus was going to work, but it hasn't been too nice so far. Here is the finished Non-drupal code, we need the menus to work just like this:

I've been trying to work out how to make bbclone work with Drupal 5x for a while now, but the technique used in 4x doesnt work.

I'm prepared to offer a $20 or £10 bounty to anyone who can tell me how to do it and provide an example!
