Paid Drupal services

I need someone with strong experience to give me some tips on variety of drupal topics. It will be most convenient for me if I could get phon-support from you. The reason is that i'm moving from other cms to drupal and i need to learn it - kind of quick tour :)

Need a person who can transfer a current site into drupal. Its an easy project for someone who knows basic themes. The site will be integrated with ubercart for ecom.

I'm looking for somebody who will help biuld Pay-Per-View with movies site.

Functunality we are looking into:

* user rent movies and stream them online according to the rental time and price set by administrators. Possible multiple rental lengths of one movie. Download (iPod, PSP) option aswell. Multiple qualities of one movie.

*streamin gcompany -> vividas.com (they have their own API)

*main page displaying some random movies

*category list

*payment system by CC, payment by phone and sms later to develop

I am using 5.2 and I want to add a small section to user signup. I want a text box where users will write short summary of themselves, a pen portrait if you will, of around 50-100 words. This will then get shown by calling the field_member_summary field, probably into the user's main page (/user/x) but maybe into their usernode or nodeprofile, both of which we use.
