Paid Drupal services

I like to build websites for fun on a part-time basis. In the past few months I've been getting a lot of request to develop websites for clients. I have a full-time job so I don't have much time to work on them, I had to turn down some cool projects. Basically, I need help and don't want to worry about the programming details anymore.

The Work:

I am looking for a drupal developer who can help me modify, customize and develop modules for me to meet my needs. I am assuming that if you can develop stuff for drupal than you understand PHP and MySQL. Some javascript and Ajax familiarity is a plus. I can pay either by hour or by task it is negotiable and depends on the specific task.

I prefer just working with just one group or person. So I am not looking for the cheapest person but the more stable and reliable person who knows what they are doing. The sites I build are not usually in any tough time constaint so the timeline is flexible.

Currnet Projects:

1. Some minor module custimization on some current projects (for exampe: feedback module, CCK, etc. )
2. A digg clone that needs some cusimization (thus, new modules are needed)
3. An e-commerce site

Also, any new modules you build for me you can upload to the entire drupal community, unless the client forbids it.

My site sends great HTML emails that display beautifully in Apple's Mail application, but when I view the same emails @ mac.com or gmail it is very disappointing.

If anyone has the chops to make my emails look better with webmail, there is some $$ in it for you.
