Job Description
YSTV is seeking a Lead Web Administrator and Drupal Expert to be responsible for a mixture of functions, including: Communication with the development team, Web Administration, Code Management, Theming and Templating, Module Modification, Custom Modules, Custom Views, Database Management, Flash Interfacing, and Performance Tuning/Optimizing to support the success of its launch and future direction. This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a broad range of activities while gaining exposure to the business in a highly visible role.

Reporting directly to the COO and President, the Lead Web Administrator will be the primary point of contact for many projects overseen by the COO.

Responsibilities
• Support the team in managing the strategic growth of the business on an operational level
• Take overall responsibility for the delivery of the site on the Drupal platform

Our site is RationalResponders.com and we are looking for a (hopefully) local to the Philly area developer for long-term site maintenance/upgrade issues. We have a relatively high-traffic site with forums.

Right now, we are having major problems with some modules that were installed two days ago. If anybody is available for emergency services, that would be fantastic.If you are interested in doing this fix only and not a long-term project, we wouldn't care if you are local or not. (ie Please Help!)

I'm in need of a Drupal/ Unix Admin to review of php.ini, my.cnf, mysql_connect vs pconnect and so on to make recommentations . We've been using Drupal 5.x for 5 months with good results but have been down twice both due to mysql problems. This time it was too many connections. I just cannot afford any mmore down time. We run Php 5, Mysql 4.1 on Solaris. I'm hoping I can pay an experienced drupal admin for a few hours to make suggestions

We have a very nice theme already ported to Drupal 5 that has several custom regions included. These regions incorporate small thumbnail images for 4 of the 5 homepage regions set up in the theme.
