Developers & ideas needed for Dutch newspaper

I'm working as an editor at NRC, a major Dutch newspaper. We are in the proces of evaluating Drupal for using it as a second CMS, and want to invite developers to guide us through this exploring phase.

Probably sounds like a moving target, but finding out who can do what kind of job is an important part of the evaluation. We're not gonna do this if there's not enough competent developers available. We hope to find reliable, experienced developpers for technical complicated issues like user management and other problems with integrating Drupal with other systems. But we also have a need for creative, quick (and probably less expensive) developers of specific tools and new templates for smaller project.

Basically the idea is to let Drupal do four kinds of jobs:
- forum: providing us with an advanced but stable forum and other 'democracy niceties', that are good for elaborating on the news of the day.
- communitytools: supporting the building of community to develop a relation with and between users who are dedicated to contribute to specific projects or just want a place on the web for intellectual 'hang-out'.
- 'lean and mean' development of subsites on special interests or temporary projects (like events or newsthemes (f.i. election)).
