I have a Drupal=based site that has been built to integrate a robust user-driven community with a powerful shopping cart.

We will offer thousands of products in a single product category and mate that shopping experience to a powerful and vibrant user community. We have the shopping cart portion of the site taken care of, now, we need to focus on the community and usability.

The site has all the Drupal modules and pieces in place, it just needs to be "tuned up" to have the look, feel and usability of a top-tier site. I know that "web 2.0" is a over-used term; however, I am looking to have my site be 2.0.

I assume that this would be a a 6-8 week job with maintenance and updates beyond the initial work.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

1. Has a strong portfolio of sites they have designed and built using the latest and greatest internet technologies.
2. has a keen eye for making the site look deeply professional.
3. Understands how to tactfully and usefully integrate advertising into the site.
4. Is not afraid to make suggestions as to how the site can be better.
5. Has substantive experience with Drupal development.

I am wondering if there is a module that can or will select names and images at random for drupal.However here is what I want specifically
1-I am looking at creating a site where new members are ask to make a specific fanancial contribution to either 2,3,4,or more members.These new members to the site being asked to make a contribution to others already members of the said site will have no choice of decision as to who they make their payments to.
2-Once payment have been made,they then join the crew expecting their luck from other new members if they system selects.

Safeguards Compliance Monitoring System

Background

The successful implementation of a World Bank environmental management plan (EMP) and resettlement action plan (RAP) requires that there be a mechanism wherein the people affected by a construction project can lodge complaints and be confident that they will be acted on.

The purpose of this project is to establish a pilot ‘Safeguards Compliance Monitoring System’ (SCMS). The goal of the SCMS is to:

 Provide environment and resettlement information on the project to the public (eg download EMP, RAP, resettlement information booklets, etc.);

 Record information on the environment and resettlement performance against key indicators (eg pollution of waterways, excessive noise emissions, excessive dust, damage to sensitive areas, compensation rates for main structures and land, how long it takes for displaced persons to receive compensation, land occupation before/after land taking, income recovery after resettlement rehabilitation);

 Provide a mechanism for complaints to be automatically logged and forwarded to the appropriate parties.

The SCMS would support the evaluation of environment resettlement performance and, the assembly of the necessary data for project monitoring.

This work is for a large, urban public library in the U.S. We are accepting bids for additional formatting to the events module; we would like the daily and monthly event listings to show a custom field (“location”)...this field was created independent of the location module, which we did not have installed, and now there is too much data to go back and do it the easy way.
