I have large company here asking to suggest a vendor to help them with a overhaul of their current site(s). This is potentially a huge project, that they are looking to get rolling very soon with, this is also probably long term project. It is a big company with offices in several states and branches in multiple countries. I thought this would be a great drupal project.
Here is some more info:
Visually we want the site to look more modern and have clean, intuitive navigation.
On a broader scope, the site is going to encompass our 2 legal entities. We have 4 divisions- consumer, healthcare, commercial and contract. Each of these divisions has its own unique set of needs and separate markets. For example, Consumer will need mini branded sites, Healthcare needs a resource center for posting clinical data, Commercial sells to restaurants, schools, etc...and will need sales materials posted for their sales reps, & contract has their own needs that are still being determined. We also have a customer support system that can benefit greatly by having order tracking and other tools online to reduce the manpower required. Our long term goal is to link the site with our internal database to give our various customers and sales teams access to information that is currently retrieved manually.
I am currently using the taxonomy module to display a view of all nodes associated with a certain term.
I need a snippet that will give me control over the number of nodes displayed per page in the taxonomy view. For one Vocabulary (products) I want to display 12 nodes per page and for another (gallery) I want to display 6 per page.
I do not wish to use the views module for this as it is too cumbersome for what I need and so far as I can tell is not flexible enough with regards to adding parent terms and child terms.
I need someone to help me migrate the phpnuke site www.asclepios.com.br to drupal.
First of all, i need to keep all users (i have few)
Then I need to keep all web_links and downloads (what are the equivalent modules in drupal??)
after that all stories
If possible I would like to keep all statistics
After that is done, I will need to migrate some modules that were customized for me. But this is a second fase of the project.
I am looking for experienced consultants or freelancers with immediate availabililty to complete an unfinished Drupal project. Hi,
I have a community site that will do upload of videos and have biographies. The Book project may be a good fit for the biographies because multiple people will contribute. Theme will probably need to be customized. This site could get very large so need someone familiar with optimization and performance best practices.
The other part is standard stuff: blogs, forums, etc. Need that stuff asap.
The site exists on a custom windows asp system now. Its current membership and biographies will need to be transferred to the new drupal based site.
