Paid Drupal services

Hi,

I am looking for experienced freelancer who can quickly integrate community modules within one nice community clone. Surely I can install modules to drupal by myself but I would like to save time with all integrations - modules, theme, views etc. What would be super if anybody has already created full-featured social networking site - (clone-like of MySpace etc) and ready to repeat this job. Site later will be translated into Russian and will be used for local communities.

I have created a Drupal 5 site (www.globalmandala.org) for a non-profit organization based on one custom content type called blessing. It has two required fields - one textfield and one image. Authenticated users can add blessings to the site. I need to give them the option of making a donation at the same time they add a blessing. They will need to specify an amount and recipient. When they specify an amount, I need to show them the split of funds to recipient & non-profit.

Here is a list of everything I would want done. Most wont take you very long with CSS and Drupal experience.

we are looking for a Drupal expert who has "been there done that" and has experience with the following:

1. Troubleshoot CCK links. They are working on some pages but not others.
2. Troubleshoot imagechache- it is NOT working
3. Creating a dashboard or control panel of user links. We can talk more about this.
4. theme- convert a theme that was hacked Zen to a standards compliant PHPTheme engine driven theme and works on all major browsers
5. RSVP/Signup module expert for some integration either as part of the module or on the theme level
6. View Fusion expert- I am having problems and need someone to help
7. Did I mention porting our hacked theme to PHPTheme engine

You must know CCK and Taxonomy and Views and node profile
And you MUST know PHP. That makes sense right?

Additional items that would be helpful:
You know multi-site configuration well. We want one database, each site would have their own theme and a subset of functionality and members.
You know a fast hosting service for a database intensive CMS like Drupal. We have one now that we are NOT happy with.
You know how to set up location module, and pay modules

Having done only custom, ground-up solutions in the past (as the developer) in PHP and J2EE, finally being "the customer" and choosing a cart has proven interesting...

Had almost settled upon ZenCart when I came across the Drupal/Ubercart combo. It seems that its current development state is feasible for our live store. We are willing to fund useful custom modules and plan to contribute them back to the community.

Our main concern is: how hard will it be to perfectly, seamlessly wrap ubercart/drupal into our existing design? We do not want to compromise the site design once the user hits "Shop Online", as so many stores do. I've only just begun digging into the documentation and haven't seen yet how UC would be effectively embedded into our design template. We didn't originally intend to redo the whole static site as it currently sits in Drupal, but this may be the cleanest way to go. We know we can cost-effectively go with another solution, but would are hoping to determine that Drupal-UC is a cost and time effective route, as it seems like there is a vibrant community and a great philosophy behind it.
