Paid Drupal services

We are looking for a Team or Small Team of Drupal Experts.

The scope consists of turning PSD files into a Drupal Functional Theme. This would involve the creation of Custom Modules for some of the functionalities required. We need someone, or individuals that can start immediately and work full time on this project until it is completed. We are looking for effective developers with open communication. We would like to work in specific blocks. Section by Section. Accomplish one section, get paid, and move to the next one.

Evaluate how long you could deliver from PSD to a functional Theme. Modules would include scoreboard, schedule, BuildMyMCN Section... The flash player is NOT required as we have our Flash Player solution, a simple content placeholder would be needed to be implemented to allow us to drop our Flash player into place.

This is a great project to be part of, and we need this completed right away in a very short time frame, for a reasonable cost. If you can lay a strong theme foundation, Cross-browser compatible with Fluid CSS. This said, the theme would have to be adaptable for any size of monitor 19" - 50"+ / Something like loghomebuilders.org

If you are an expert I want to talk to you. We want to create a network of sites on different domains, with different content that is managed centrally using drupal.

This module http://drupal.org/project/multidomain is probably want is needed.

We it the main system installed and instruction on how to roll out additional domains at will.

I am working with someone who is looking for to launch a tours travel website I have been looking for the best solutions since we want to be able to implement airline tickets booking couple years from now. I am totally new to Drupal but heard all the good things about it. Is it a good choice?
Also, how come there are so many active versions of Drupal?

Specs:

The use of panels is not a necessity but here in a nutshell is what I am looking to get done.

A groups home page- would have context visualizaton of panels - using the views from the content created in the specific (respective/unique group)
