I currently used Drupal 5.1 to build a website to promote sustainable travel and slow food concepts in Chinese-speaking community,and I need to revise the design, as well as to add on more modules.

We will have some designer to redo the image part - but we will need someone who is familiar with the CSS stuff, and know how to create the rightmost column kind of stuff (I think it could be made by using "view module", but I am really not an expert).

In addition to that, we also need to fix the current problems in language set - for some reasons, everything that has something to do with "numbers" (like date, people number etc) will not be shown properly in Chinese, so we are forced to use English as default admin language - but that is really annoying.

Finally, we need to create/develop a module that allows us to receive people's orders or payments online, because we are trying to raise some fund to contribute to a NGO that is working on global warming issue.

We really need some people who can commit to the project, and we hope we can have some long-term partnership if possible. If interested, please send me your estimate of the cost, as well as some projects you have done before.
