I need the following solution:

Some modules (for example OG) provide email notification as an option.

I need a script that "redirects" those email notifications to the Privatemsg Inbox of a user so that drupal sends no email messages over the network except of:
1. the email address confirmation link during the user registration process
2. reset password links if a user has lost his password
3. one message each week that informs about all unread Privatemsg messages, if the user has enabled this feature

I need a custom theme for my news site, www.mun.no
The site is running on Drupal 5.3 with a slightly modified Ubiquity theme at the moment but I want a more exlusive and newspaper`ish look.
The theme should have an unique logo with the words "Mun.no - Dine nyheter" and a nice looking menu instead of just the text list I have now.
