Drupal based website from scratch

Visitors can sign up with a verified email address

Registered users can add / edit items of a custom content type, custom fields are optional

The user can decide whether or not their username is displayed along with a specific item or not. These 'anonymous' items would not be listed on the users profile page.

I need someone who is proficient in MySQL to import data to my database. If you're good at MySQL, this should be a quick task for you.

I'm using the Organic Groups module and need to import several thousand new groups. The node import module (http://drupal.org/project/node_import) almost worked for me to do this, but it doesn't support Organic Groups.

I work for a for-profit private College. We are looking at having our main website redesigned and for the CMS I think Drupal would be one of the better options.

Let me tell you a little bit about the structure of our site. We have 7 US campuses and 4 Canadian campuses. Each campus has one or more "Schools" within it. This is a somewhat generic term that just groups together programs. An example of a program is a bachelor degree in computer science with a minor in networking. Programs are made up of classes.

So we have -
Class -> program -> school -> campus.

Now the tricky parts come into play in that classes can belong to multiple programs, programs belong to only one school, and schools can belong to multiple campuses. For example comp sci 101 is part of a few bachelor and associate degree programs, those programs are part of the school of technology and those schools are located at say Atlanta, Orlando, and Montreal. For SEO purposes the site architecture will need to be built to avoid duplicate content.

In order to use the e-commerce module in the Netherlands one needs to use the iDEAL-payment service. E-commerce however doesnt offer that as an option, but says it is very easy to make one. I find it rather difficult and am looking for a Drupal developer who can modify the module for me so that it can access the iDEAL service.
Yes I do have an iDEAL account.

I need it to be cross browser compatible with IE 5.5, 6.0, 7.0, firefox 1.1, 2.0, and Safari 2.x, 3.x.

I have most of the code up and going, but can't seem to get it all to work together. I works just like I want it to on Firefox 2.0 but not on IE or safari.
