Can watch dog miss an user activity ?

I am little bit surprised as user x showed up on online list as well as in the page ?q=admin/user,
with last activity recorded in corroboration with online list.

But watch dog logs show no record ?
Can an user be trying any trick ?

I want all external links to open in a new browser window. How is this possible? All inputs on this are welcome.

How can I have a "mission" post like the one in drupal.org frontpage (the orange box at the top)? What I mean is that how can have a rounded corner mission box like that. I am unable to use HTML in the "mission" statement from the "General settings". I am using 4.7.x.

In the first quarter of 2007, we created the Drupal-based site http://www.fuhnee.com. We did everything we every read about or thought of to get our fair share of Google search engine traffic. But we get way, way less than other (non-Drupal) sites we've set up or bought.

Any idea why?

This should be easy: how do you discover which version of Drupal is running on a site? (Assuming you do have access to the site's underlying files.)
