Drupal 4.7.x

I've a production site with drupal 4.7, i want to upgrade to latest drupal version (now 5.6). So i will test this first on my local machine. So i want to copy my site to my local xampp installation and followed the procedure descibed at http://drupal.org/node/75545 .

Drupal 4.7.11 and 5.6 are now available for download. These are maintenance releases that fix problems reported using the bug tracking system, as well as security vulnerabilities.

Upgrading your existing Drupal sites is strongly recommended.

Hi everyone,

I have Drupal 4.7.4 installed and couple of days ago the server was updated with php5. Now when I log as admin or any other user and want to create content or access any menu I get message "You are not authorized to access this page". I manage to access the logs and I have this:

access denied 2008-01-10 20:15 admin/logs denied access. Anonymous view

I read that version 4.7.4 doesn't work with php5, but now I can't even upgrade the drupal.

Any solution?
