Converting to Drupal

I have a existing NON Drupal site which I'm making completely new with Drupal8.
My Problem is now how to migrate all that content to Drupal.

I would like to migrate from disqus to drupal and although I have seen that disqus offers an export feature that generates a xml file (https://help.disqus.com/customer/portal/articles/472149-comments-export).

Dears , i have enterprise website built using IBM websphere portal and IBM CMS , we need to replace the existing CMS with Drupal CMS so is there any advise about that , based on my reading the only way is to expose the drupal data using REST(as JSON/XML) then build a code under IBM portal to read from a URL and display the needed data , but i believe with this i will loose the capabilities for both IBM & Drupal

I've a newly created website about mobile apps on red technology & it's now running on wordpress. I'm not a drupal expert but it's been decided to take it into drupal 8. So I need suggestions from expert about how can I make that happen by keeping the existing content safe?
