Need help migrating your site to Drupal?

Seeking Drupal Developer to Migrate Ravennuke Site

I have run a site (www.pretty-scary.net) for 5 years using Ravennuke. I need/want to upgrade the site. I understand the day-to-day of programming in Nuke, but am woefully underprepared for migrating a site like this into drupal.

I currently use phpbb forums with Ravennuke, and have two main databases to run the Nuke and forums.
I have several other databases to run modules like a calendar, a fiction section, and would ultimately want to create a new store attached to drupal as well.

image viewer

Hello,

within my old cms I had a solution for embedded images to show in original size with a simple ajax.
i only had to add an class to the Only local images are allowed. and when a user clicked on it, the image was shown in its real size on the front of the display.

is there a nice solution for drupal, too?

Thanks!

new to drupal

hi all

iam new to drupal. i have a script based website with lots of html and php pages. i want to move over to drupal, as i want all the content on it to managed by the end users themselves and not depend on web developers.

i did make a start, i was able to successfully install and drupal 6.2 with postgresql and created the home page too. but iam stuck with the following problems

1) since my old site had contents on lots of pages , i would want this site too to have contents on multiple pages. i couldnt figure out how to do that with drupal.

blocks per node

Hello,

I'm currently working to convert a current web site into Drupal, and there's one little thing that I need to do but am having some difficulty figuring it all out.

What I want is to have a menu appear on the left sidebar as a block for certain nodes. For example:

When you click on the primary link: Our Houses you go to mysite.com/ourhouses

When that node is displayed, there should be a block on the left sidebar displaying a menu like this:

Organising Content

Hi All,

I'm currently looking at converting my dreamweaver static site to a dynamic drupal one. I've been reading up on the matter and have come along way. Unfortunately I've hit a bit of a stumbling block and would appreciate any pointers anybody can give me.

I'd run a video tutorial website, so when I post my videos I would do so using a node, which is fine. The problem I have is how the node displays on the homepage/content page. I'd like to get things looking similar to the way it is now-
