Converting to Drupal

Here's what I aim to achieve:

Multiple domains (Domain Access)
Restrict the use of taxonomy using ONE master taxonomy (Tac, tac-lite (possibly)OG)
so that only users of ags group can only see the ags section of the master taxonomy
ex.

I have a site, and 3 add on sites (not my own). Here's the problem. I want my site to be Drupalised but not the other 3 sites-is this possible

Hi, are there any suggestions from migrating a place that currently uses MASON to Drupal? And how much time do you think it would take to migrate a small site (20 pages), couple of dynamic items and a gallery?

Is it possible to move the content of SMF forum into a drupal forum ?

If so I am considering converting my website over to use drupal, but not sure if it will suit my needs. Most sites that i have found that use drupal are not that visually pleasing to me. I have a website at www.Blakestoltman.net does anyone here know if I can perfectly recreate the website I currently have in Drupal, with relative ease.
