Converting to Drupal

The non-profit I work for has a main site/URL (www.myurl.org) that I am trying to convert over to Drupal. The site has several thousand pages running on a mix of MovableType, Wordpress, and static pages with new ones being added/updated every day.

Not sure where to look for answers.

Problem:

I have a website with vbulletin installed.

I also have a drupal website using the marinelli template. It displays the secondary links across the top, and has two side menus which are displayed side-by-side on right side, with content on left side.

Right now when i click on the drupal "forum" navigation menu, it displays the drupal forums.

I've just been using drupal for a few weeks, and so far I like it. BUT.... I just can't seem to make fckeditor work right with php scripts or java scripts. I need to work real real bad. Please if you know what to do PLEASE help!!!

I have tried for a while to figure this out on my own and I am lost.
I want to convert our website to Drupal to improve database entry, as well as other features of Drupal.
My existing site http://cateredto.com is written in PHP and uses data stored in mySQL. Each page is uses some form of data.
The Villa pages are all the same page just populated by the villa code. The same is true for most of the other pages.
