Converting to Drupal

I would like to integrate ruby on rails with drupal is it possible?

I am using "node import" module. http://drupal.org/project/node_import

i was able to import my old cms(NOT DRUPAL - unknown cms) 'article' database table to drupal content type 'articlces' -
but it has no taxonomy linked to each article(the imported ones) and my drupal has taxonomy vocabulary term of "news and results"

My goal here is that an article in the current site is tagged with News, it'll have the news tag in drupal

I want to know about how to do Database migration From Typo3 to Drupal 6
There is live site in Typo3 , I have created duplicate site (with same look and feel means template , content everything is same ) in Drupal 6.

On development server Drupal site is running and on Live server Typo3 site is running.
How can I migrate my Drupal site with Typo3.
Is there any tool available for it as like tools for migration of Wordpress into Drupal....?
Or any automated script for migration.

Please help me out . It is on urgent basis.

I am trying to move my site partially built using Expression Web 4 which has 1,452 pages in ready mode.

I am trying to copy paste them one by one into Drupal but while choosing Forum name from drop-down menu above and looking at Forum title "Installing / Upgrading / Converting to Drupal" I saw a ray of hope.

May be there is a way to import the pages from EW4 to Drupal directly without losing out on formatting and/or links and/or attachments.

Is there a way?
