Converting to Drupal

We are working on a migration project on which we need to require convert utf8 data to drupal nodes. After running import on drupal database all characters are converted with junk character "?".
Has anyone faced this kind of problem ?

I am looking for an opportunity to get away from Codeigniter in favour of a framework that will provide all the basics that Drupal does so well. I am start to learn module development, but wonder if anyone has anythoughts on what Drupal's limitations are in terms of application complexity compaired to what a framework such as Codeigniter can offer which I suppose is limited only by the limitations of PHP and Jquery themselves.

Looking for a balanced view if that is possible in the Drupal Forums themselves.

I have a simple site that consists of a header image, left column picture, and right column picture. It is basically a static site, but the owner wants the content to be managed in drupal.

I had drupal installed on a different host, but I moved to another host and did a fresh install.

My images are showing up blank and with the path to the old website. I cleared the cache in drupal and on my browser, but this problem still remains

I am working on a drupal site, now I have a problem on Fields arrangements.

As you can see, the image is below the Body article. How can I move the image above the article?

I am new to Drupal, and am building a site from template I purchased. Everything is going alright so far, except for the forum part. I am transferring data from a previous forum website in phpBB, and moving it to the forum on my new Drupal site. I have managed to get all of the data transferred over, and in the right locations. When I look into the forum I can view the threads and navigate to the topic I want to view, but when I go to view it I get Page Not Found. If I create a post through the website, I have no problems, but the transferred posts won't display.
