Troubleshooting of form

I hired someone from this forum to build an SSL order form and email results. After giving this guy many opportunties to correct his work, the form is still not working right:

1. Each submission of form is generating not one, but several emails, some blanks.

2. Customers not receiving email receipt.

Also I need to add form validation and printer-friendly page for receipt.

Please contact me ASAP. The work is urgent. But I will have other work for you too if you meet the criteria of a REAL professional.

Finding a Php 4.3.3+ provider, VPS/Dedicated-virtual with Root access

Folks,

I'm now ready to use Drupal 4.6 to setup an e-journal+website and want to
make I find the right webhoster; reliability, 24/7 service, and upgrade
paths are critical, though initial traffic (6-12 month) will be low. My project
is OK paying a decent, (not exhoribitant) sum for the hosting.

10000 visitors every day, shared hosting or dedicated server?

My site based on drupal has 10000 visitors (50000 pages, 2G bandwidth) every day now and I think I can gain more than 20000 visitors every day in 7 or 8 monthes. What I want to know is: shared hosting or dedicated server, which should I choose? I talked with the man from http://www.lunarpages.com online, he suggestd I buy dedicated server because drupal cost CPU very much. Want to hear suggestion from you, thanks in advance.

hosting

can anyone tell me free hosting that supports drupal ?

Multiple posts to Watchdog with xmlrpc.php?

I've noticed a ton of watchdog posts recently on one of the sites I'm working on. They are all by Anonymous regaurding page not found, and many of them are some derivative including xmlrpc - what's that? Just for example:

Here are Hostnames each chunk seems to come from: 194.106.15.140, 194.242.112.7, 210.202.203.141, 64.251.14.219, 194.72.238.61. This is suspiscious behavior to me. I don't have a cacti subfolder or any idea what xmlrpc is. I tried surfing to a couple of the sites by typing in the ip addresses, and 1 put me at a french site on sneakers, another was denied, and another had a ton of certificates that I didn't like so I didn't accept them. That's gotten me afraid to try out any others. The xmlrpc block seems have happened atleast 5 times so far, and the cacti has happened (as far as I see) 2times.
