Reseller-type hosting needed

I'm currently hosted at Site5. However, this month things have gotten horrible over there. First it was more than 2 weeks of the server going down every night. Then when they finally fixed that, the e-mail keeps going down every day.

Today I've been without outgoing email for about 14 hours, and although incoming e-mail is "working," nothing is coming through - not to my webmail or Outlook.

I've been waiting for almost 8 hours for a response from Customer Service, and nothing. Apparently they just don't value people's business any more. I hate leaving since I have so many sites there, but being without my business e-mail for more than 12 hours without even an e-mail back from Customer Service is just uncalled for.

So I am looking for a new web host. It needs to have a good amount of space (10GB minimum) with a good amount of bandwidth as well (we're using about 13 GB a month right now).

It needs to be the kind of hosting where each account I set up is separate from the others -- their own log ins, separate web stats, etc.

I'd also like it to have CPanel since that's what my clients are used to having. And PHP 5 standard would be great, even better if it offers PHP4 with small tweaks to htaccess or whatever.

Affiliate links in this forum - Opinions?

As a sister topic of http://drupal.org/node/166331 :

I've noticed a large number of affiliate links in this forum. I see those links as ads, spam and, when in reply to a question, as lying to the OP. While such links are often treated as spam atm, a clear statement might be in order.

What is your opinion?

warning: array_merge in theme.inc after moving to hostmonster PHP 5 server.

I have just moved my Drupal 5.2 installation from old server (PHP v4.4.4, MySQL v4) to hostmonster (PHP v5.1.6., MySQL 5.0.27-standard-log).
-Exported database from old server as sql script and imported it to the new server.
-Copied Drupal directory from old server to new.

I get this error:

Any way to get this good feedback into iTunes-like review format?

These are all great opinions and feedback, but it's painfully slow to go through them all. Unfortunately, I'm an IA/creative and not a developer.

Users should be able to post text reviews and give a 1-5 star rating for each listed ISP. It would be way more helpful than trolling through the forum's threads.
