okay i have looked into so many different hosting companies and i have come up the following www.lunarpages.com and www.siteground.com i need to know which one of the following would be the best hosting company to go with... for drupal with a gallery and a shopping cart integration

I signed up for 12 months with the 50$ off coupon and 40$ off for switching host(old host was hostmonster). I only paid for $15.40 for this whole year.

I think most people when talking about drupal hosting, they want their own domain name, so you have to pay for it. Free hosting is good only for test purpose, and I don't think it deserves the time and effort spending on it, getting your own domain and hosting isn't that expensive nowadays.
As for ads and affiliates, if this borad still exists, they should exist, it won't hurt anyone as long as there's no trap or spam, but it benefit those who need information.

The main issue being: The adult content may be legal at one place but may not be legal in other countries

As of now the Terms of Service allows keeping adult content which is legal in the States.
(we own our hosting racks of servers + long term leased infrastructure in a premium data center at Dallas, so no upstream constraint for this policy)
