SiteGround opinions?

Has anyone tried hosting a Drupal site on SiteGround? They seem to offer SSH access, which would be a great help with updating via Drush, running cron, etc.

Malfunctioning links

Help! my website works allright but the links are repeated kind of ie for the home page, http://www.proliantsystems.com/www.proliantsystems.com/ and it brings the error 404 page obviously. How can i fix this?

Need a new host

Support at our current host has become an absolute nightmare and it's time to move. I'd appreciate recommendations on a web host.

Requirements/needs/setup:

Needs to be U.S. based

CPanel + WHM

Fully managed, but with full access for us

Various packages to choose from (cores, memory, space)

Currently we have two servers. One has a very busy site that is quite large and a development copy. Drupal 7 and CiviCRM.

The other hosts more than 20 sites, pretty much all Drupal, many with CiviCRM. All combined together, a fairly busy server.

Nginx - PHP 7 - Drupal 8 - Image Styles - Help

Hey everyone,

We are facing a rather peculiar issue with our new stack of Ubunt, Nginx, PHP 7 & Drupal 8. Specifically image styles are not being generated.

Our current NGINX conf is the following:

.

.

Error exceeded the 'max_questions' resource

This message temporarily blocked my web:

PDOException: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1226 User 'uxxxxxxx_name' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 108000) in lock_may_be_available() (line 164 of .../httpdocs/mydomain.com/includes/lock.inc).

I have read (in post of several years ago) that it is because of the limitations of a shared hosting, but my question is: What content causes so many queries to the database and why?:
- CMS Drupal?
- Any module?
- Any wrong code?

How can I now it?
