I have no idea how to translate "you are here" (in the horizontal line below the banner) http://www.telcowatch.ch/index.php?q=node/12. Via Administration -> Translate -> Search I have no hits, so where can I translate this?
i've been searching the web for hours, but did not find any valuable information on how to configure language-aware primary links. of course, i've performed a full installation of i18n and all 'non-experimental' modules are activated.
i've managed to create bilingual content and menus, which are - except for the primary links - working perfectly.
While changing the language from english to german, the primary menu just disappears, rising two questions:
I'm just in the early stages of setting up a new multi lingual site which all seems to be going OK, thankfully - see http://www.niigata-nishikigoi.com/
I don't really want to have the links to translated pages appearing all over the place, there is after all the links language switcher block.
Can anyone tell me where to remove the code that displays those links?
probably stupid question, but as i am not 100% sure i preffer to ask...
I noticed that some modules include .po files with translations to different languages. I am wondering whats the process to incorporate this translations into a Drupal instalations.
My guess is that I should go to admin/settings/locale/language/import and there import there the .po file into the right language. Probably choosing "Existing strings are kept, only new strings are added" option in Mode option.
