Google is not seeing pages

I just outsourced some programming and when they finishing I am still having issues.

if you copy and paste the following link into your browser, it says page "can not be found".

http://www.ohiooutside.com/catagory/catagories/tech

Now, click on the logo, go to the home page, and click on the "tech" link. I brings up the one line of text.

The links are identical .... but the problem is that google says the page can not be found.

Any thoughts ?

interface and taxonomy translated, but not the content

I have a web site, recently upgraded from D5 to D6. It uses English as default language, and 2 other languages, that are used most. The content is not translated, as the site is used by bi-lingual community that perfectly reads both languages. While on D5, I only used a feature of interface translation, with users switching language of interface in profile. But, of course, the interface translation was inconsistent, as user-submitted content, such as menus and taxonomies, wasn't translated.

D6 claimed for greater internalization support, so after the upgrade I've set the task to make all menus, block titles and taxonomy translatable, so that all interface can be avaliable in 3 languages, and controlled from user profile or browser language. No content is translatable and all content is shown to all users, no matter what language they've chosen. No url prefixes is set for languages (for it doesn;t really make sense in such configuration, creates duplicate content SEO issue and also breaks many hardcoded links)

So I started from dealing with new behaviour of language negotiation ( http://drupal.org/node/282178 )
The only way to make it work the way I intended was to use crude hack http://drupal.org/node/222401#comment-844115 Any advice on other, more drupalish ways of doing so (except for waiting for D7 release) will be appreciated

Where do translations get stored?

Where does the translation get stored?

I wrote my own content type based on the blog content type, and it works great, but when I go in the blocks section the name of the block for my custom type is just blank/white-space.

I tryed using the translation tools etc, to find why at one place there is no text at all, and no luck.

So I was wondering, where are the translations stored, I checked all over my drupal database and found nothing that looks like a storage area for translations?
Does it just get written to files?

Installing Swedish gives permission error

I have installed the Swedish translation of Drupal, and it works fine. However, when I enable the Swedish language on the translations page, it gives an error of two lines:

* Den valda filen /xxx/local/home/jbkalmar/qrank.se/sites/default/files/tempr/fileQmEBHM kunde inte kopieras.
* Den valda filen /xxx/local/home/jbkalmar/qrank.se/sites/default/files/tempr/file4JZTZ2 kunde inte kopieras.

Roughly (and ironically) translated to (since this only shows when Swedish translation is enabled):
