Translations

This might not really related to translation interface, but I don't know where is the exact forum to post in. By the way, I would like to translate several documentation from English to my language; absolute CC-by-sa.

I come up with the question that should I host all translation document by myself? Does Drupal.org provides some document translation? Any recommendation would be appreciated.

I have a site in two languages.
Most of my pages are views of different stories.
Every view has a title but there's no mean to translate them.
You can only translate the title of the story but not the title of the view.
Can anyone give me a hint on how to give a translation to the title of these views ?

As you can see, only the name of the month is translated.

How can I make sure everything is nicely translated to Dutch?

The problem is in languages like Persian we have several different meaning for a word and the right translation of a word depends on the context it appears. So here is the question :
Is there any way for translating things on the basis of their usage?

It's been a while since im dealing with this issue...I was using drupal-6.5 earlier and wanted to use one image gallery for 3 languages, English, German and Russian. I made a gallery placed some photos and entered English text in description with English title. Using "Translate interface", i come with no results. When i switched to German or Russian, text was displayed in english, only for image gallery. Also on Taxonomy i selected Locale for my terms. No luck though!!

I thought it was a bug on drupal-6.5 so i changed to 6.10, no luck too!!
