Theme development

Hello Drupal Community,

I was trying to edit my view theme with php i get the file
views-view-field--homepage-banner--block--field-site-image.tpl.php
and try to print view fields but values come's empty? any ideas?

I'm looking for a good base theme for Drupal 8. But i can't find many information about it.

Are there good base themes available? Or is theming based on a base theme no longer necessary/recommended for D8?

Hello,
When viewing this site on a mobile device the sidebar region is displaying before the content region. It appears the region order is correct in page.tpl.php file. Any suggestions how I can get this to display correctly on a mobile device?

Hello, I am new to Drupal and have a question.

Now the site is partly finished.
It only looks strange lines under the theme

I install a nivo slider, but the images are coming one after the other, should i have to install a nivo-slider.js into a Libraries file

please help me guys
