It might not be the most fancy and modern looking site, but as a programmer (and not a web designer) I'm satisfied with my first Drupal site. And I'm impressed by the diversity of the modules and the thoroughness of (most of) it!
Thanks to everybody who's involved in developing Drupal!
Just launched a new Drupal site that you can check out at: Deal Haus.
It's a Drupal 5 site, using the Deco theme with very slight modifications.
Purpose:
The general idea is similar to what you might see on fatwallet or slickdeals. It will be a daily deals aggregator powered by the community. One thing that makes us different is Userpoints integration. For each deal a user submits, he earns deal points. After earning enough deals points, the user can 'purchase' the deal back from us using the deal points. If the merchant providing the deal is one of our participating merchants, for every sale that's made from the deal post the user will get a percentage of the total sale amount.
We just launched a Drupal site for Leadership Education at Duke Divinity. This is our first Drupal site and while it took a while to get the hang of it, the site turned out better then expected. The client loves it and I'm now a big Drupal fan.
