I have just set up www.GreenLONDON.net to promote green living in London. In the past I have always created websites from scratch with Dreamweaver. Drupal is a refreshing change!
It took me a tenth of the time to set up the site using Drupal and I now have access to hundreds of modules offering features that would be totally beyond my development skills.
Thanks to everyone that has played a part in creating this awesome system.
I am posting another site developed in Drupal. In the client wanted a site to include online games (both in flash and in shockwave), tips for games, materials, an area for downloading games and a forum simple and functional.
The Drupal was chosen because it would be easy to implement what the customer wanted without a lot of work (at least in the administrative area, where we used to put the CCK pesonalizados fields of each type of content).
Just thought I would shamelessly promote my new Canadian Nissan GTR Forum, since it uses Drupal alongside a fairly modified older version of advanced_forum module.
Among the things of note are custom user profiles with imagecache_profiles and a link to the 'user gallery', which is basically just a view of images, with an argument of username. I've also got some profile fields such as location and name showing up in the forum posts.
