Clean URLs not working after upgrade

I've just upgraded from Drupal 6.10 to 6.12 and also upgraded a number of modules.

Post upgrade, Clean URLs is no longer working and has the message "Your system configuration does not currently support this feature". It was enabled and working prior to the upgrade and my hosting details are the same as they were before.

PSD background - where to put

Trying to change the background on a 5x Drupal site, using the theme A3 Atlantis. The new PSD is ready to be uploaded, but I can't figure out where to put it.

At the risk of asking a vulnerable question, can someone tell me where to stick my PSD file?

Difficult Upgrade 4.3-6.1

I originally installed Drupal 4.3 on a RHELinux 9 and whatever PHP and MySQL version came with that. It has worked so well and been so stable that I saw no need to upgrade. However, 4.3 is getting a little long in the tooth and it is time to bite the bullet but I, obviously, have several issues for this upgrade.

Due to the PHP version, I am unable to upgrade in place and have decided to do a parallel upgrade, involving new hardware and possibly a switch to Windows as well.

Any rough idea on where in the heck to start?

Upgrade to 6.12 now missings lots of settings for some modules, very strange! - Screenshot attached

Hello,

Few weeks ago I upgraded my site to 6.12 as I was having trouble with Ubercart and hoped it might help my problem....which it did fix!!! Great......or not. Now I have even bigger issues.

When creating all of the different content types I use (Page used in screenshot) All my options for the modules involved on that page are gone. I get the headings but nothing else (See Screenshot)

I dont have a clue where to start on this issue. Im seriously thinking of reverting back to my backup but idealy I wanna fix this issue.

I am using godaddy and installed drupal using their hosting control panel

now the website is running

Drupal core update status Not secure! (version 6.12 available)
There is a security update available for your version of Drupal. To ensure the security of your server, you should update immediately! See the available updates page for more information.

now my only option in the next screen is to download the 6.12 file

Upgrading to 6.12 causes bounch of "The first argument should be an array" errors

Hi!
Today I upgraded to 6.12 but now I am getting following errors on nodes (while I can acces admin pages without problems):

* warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in /htdocs/includes/common.inc on line 3305.
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /htdocs/includes/common.inc on line 3308.
