Save Content Types & Views with PhpMyAdmin

hi everyone

i have major problems with a drupal-site i built.
after my hoster upgraded php i can't login and some views can't even be accessed.
i was searching several days to find a solution and at least be able to login again, without luck.

now i'm at a point where i would like to set up a new drupal installation and try to import content types and views from the broken site.
because the site was still in development, the actual data (content) isn't that important, i would just like to save all my configuration work (views, cck content types. etc.)

Has anyone run into issues while upgrading panels-6.x-3.7.tar.gz for drupal-6.17

How do I work with drupal perfectily

I need assistance on how to work with drupal 6.x, is a little confusing. I mean how to design a complete web page like for a library.

UPGRADE 5 TO 6 Error

Here is the error.

How does one remove the internationalization modules?

Hello guys, thanks for all good advice I have got here in the past.

I just updated from 6.4 -> 6.17, it worked according to the instructions. No errors after update.php

A couple of years ago I was trying out the internationalization (i18n) modules - at a beta stage, I think. I could not make them work, so I inactivated them. However, I could not uninstall them. After uninstalling the i18n modules (via modules page) something asked for some language related database tables and the installation close to crashed.

They followed into 6.17 since the update instructions asked me to copy /sites from the old installation.

Now, in 6.17 they appear as inactivated on the modules page. However, they do not appear at all under the uninstall-tab.

I want to take this opportunity (new version) to clean out my installation. How do I best get rid of the i18n modules?

Can I just delete them (by ftp) in /sites/all/modules? Maybe they will leave some unnecessary tables in the database then? But it will be less disturbing than bringing the php-code along for each update? Maybe someone can tell me which tables to delete? Or is there a better way?

Thanks.

Here is the relevant part of the the modules page. I do not think I need any of this.

WSOD after 6.17 update

Lets begin by saying I thought I was updating my virtual local copy to make sure that errors wouldn't occur–– I am reminded of the aphorism about are failure lies in the road we take in precaution... Anyways I went through the update process and updated the files on my local version when I got to the end and went to switch back to my custom theme I got the WSOD the error is

Fatal error: Call to undefined function views_embed_view() in /hsphere/local/home/peeps/preview-group.com/sites/all/themes/framework/template.php on line 209
