Upgrading Drupal

Hello,

I just inherited a drupal project where the site builder before me added all the ubercart modules to the core modules folder instead of the sites/all/modules folder. I know this is a recipe for disaster if the ever try to upgrade. Is it possible to just move the folders into the site/all folder or are their internal links and such that would make that impractical?

HI i have installed drupal 7 and i started reading it, but many says its best to learn drupal 6 and then upgrade to drupal 7!
will drupal 7 have all the stuffs that drupal 6 has??

All the links from taxonomy terms are not being displayed properly i.e the theme is not applied.

For eg www.example.com will show proper theme applied. But when i click on any taxonomy terms from front end
www.example.com/news/science the theme appears broken. This is only for taxonomy. Also the data displayed is old data and not the recent posts.

I have cleared cache, disabled css and js optimization many times.

I would like to find out the best way to create multiple nodes all with a certain node reference field. I would also like to know how to increment an integer field on a node.

I've upgraded to D6.19 and now the Account page does not display data anymore. They are not gone: if I click edit everything is there again, but not visible on the account page. The only thing one sees are two parentheses ()

It all worked in D5. I am aware of the visibility settings of profile fields, but they seem to have no effect. Only one field (name) is displayed and that is: Google AdSense client ID.

Any ideas?
