Upgrading Drupal

With Drupal 7 it seems easy to choose and install Drupal on an SQLite database, but what about an existing Drupal website ?

After a Drupal 6 to Drupal 7 upgrade, will I be able to convert a Drupal MySQL database to a Drupal SQLite database ?

This is my first time upgrading drupal (current version was 5.12),
i did the backup and disabled all the modules. However it was not possible to disable fckeditor completely, even when i had disabled all the other contributed modules, it wouldnt be possible to uncheck the boxes of fck content & text.

Afterwards I tried to delete all the files from the drupal directory on my server, but fckeditor just wont disappear, i tried 10 times to delete it and it doesnt work.

will that be a problem once I install the updated drupal version ie 5.23?
