Conflicting information between website and composer

Drupal version: 9.3.8 according to Drupal website, 9.4.5 according to composer

I have begun to create a personal website using Drupal. I chose a Amazon Web Services (AWS) instance, and have created my Drupal web server.

Chaos Tools Suite puzzle after 4.01 declared "unsupported" (Drupal 9.4.5)

We have Drupal 9.4.5 with Chaos Tools Suite (ctools) 4.01

Last week a change was made by the module maintainers and 4.01 was marked unsupported. The release notes recommend 8.x-3.11.

However I'm not clear if it is safe to "downgrade" (I presume one could do this by specifying the exact version in Composer).

The update page in Drupal rather unhelpfully suggests that the recommended version is the one already installed, 4.01.

Ignore or downgrade?

Problem updating from 7.89 to 7.91 on multisite

I have 3 sites on the same host. When I upgraded from 7.89 to 7.91 only one of the sites was upgraded to 7.91. The other 2 remain at 7.89. I believe I used the same process to synchronize the host with the upgrade file.

I viewed the system.info file (which is where I expect to see the version that is being used by all sites) it lists 7.91.

Composer shows 9.4.3 but Drupal status report shows 9.4.2, cant update

composer show drupal/core-recommended

Displays that my Drupal version is 9.4.3, however /admin/reports/status shows the version is 9.4.2.

If i run the following to try to update to 9.4.5

composer update "drupal/core-*" --with-all-dependencies

I get "nothing to install or update"

How to update 1click installation

My site is installed using a 'oneclick' install via my hosting company.

The current version is 8.9.16, php 7.4.29, db 5.7.37-40-log.

It is prompting me to upgrade to version 9.x, and as far as I can see it is either via Drush or Composer.

I don't know if it is installed using TAR, DRUSH, Composer or something else...actually I'm a bit in the dark here.

So my question is, what do I need to check to find out how to update my Drupal?

I am running into dependency issues and I can't figure out what my theme is depending on that I don’t have

I am setting up a new version of my website and I want to use the theme from my previous version (8.9.20) on new server.  However I am running into dependency issues and I can't figure out what my theme is depending on that I don’t have.

This is the message I get when I go to a page that is using this theme:

The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

And this is the error message:
