Upgrading Drupal

Anytime I logout or my session times out from my drupal app, and I try logging back in with my credential, i get an access denial till i clear cache with drush cr from the backend. This issue started after upgrade of my app from drupal 8.9 to 9.4-alpha.   

Hi there, we had an issue while upgrading our drupal version from 7 to 9. in v9, it seems we can't get the traffic working in HTTPs ( it comes through in HTTP only). HTTPS was working fine in the previous version though. is that the issue with drupal or apache2? if anyone can guide, it matters.

Everything works fine in my site managed with composer, but there is something that confuses me.

I have an updated Drupal installation, managed with composer, currently on core version 9.4.3. But if I run "composer outdated":

composer outdated "drupal/*"

it answers the following to me:

This morning we upgraded our Drupal install (Windows Server 2022) to 9.4.3 and now there is a constant banner stating that there is a security update available. When looking at the available updates it only lists PHP (security update) and says installed version "8.x-1.1" recommended version "8.x.1.1" the "download these updates" button it returns a 500 error message. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Hi, I encountered following problem while while upgrade from Drupal core 9.3.16 to 9.4.3, which is a security upgrade.  
Please help

1. composer update successfully

2. under web folder, "fin drush updb" runs fine

"fin drush cim" command ends up with
