images are not visible

Images seems are not visible after in drupal 7.12.

Being a newbie to drupal I have searching on the internet to understand why images uploaded in an "article" are not being displayed, while this worked fine in one of the previous versions. The "clean url" option that has been talked about on internet did not get the problem solved. The image is gone after a second reload of the page. The same goes for the option to display "full" or "filtered" html. For me this gave no solution at all.

Empty fields in field list

Some time ago I upgraded from D6.x to D7.x and I noticed empty fields in the field list (see screenshot).
How do I find out which obsolete fields these are so I can remove/fix them?

PDOException: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry -- Statistics Module

Hello!

Our site runs Drupal since version 6 and we've kept it updated until the current version of 7.12. All looked good after the last upgrade (about a month ago from 7.x dev to 7.12) but this morning an error poped-up:

Unknown column 'bid' - block module cache error

I'm getting the following error when using anything newer than Drupal 6.20... It just so happens I ran the upgrade to 6.25 tonight and I'm getting the same error I did last year prior to the block fix. That original post is here and what I presumed was the fix to block.module is here.

Error message after migrating fields

Hey guys,

Can somebody tell me what this mean and how can I fix it?

When I click to see/edit a record it shows me this:

Warning: array_flip(): Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values! in DrupalDefaultEntityController->load() (line 178 of /path_t_drupal7/includes/entity.inc).

When it finished migrating it said something about integer fields not having a limit/maximum or something like that and that it was replacing it for 256.

Any ideas?

Thanks
