Upgrading Drupal

Literally if I upload any and EVERY newer version of a drupal module I get these type of errors:

Hi-
I'm upgrading from 7.13 to 7.14, and I've followed all the steps in the UPGRADE.txt file that game with the new release; however when I upload the new version (7.14) via FTP, I get a 144 error - "error 144 remote delete failed drupal". Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it? Thanks!

I´ve just upgraded Drupal 6 to 7 (latest version) following the documentation.

Everything worked fine, and all custom fields and taxonomy contents are ok, but the BODY field of all nodes are empty, even when I try to edit them.

I´ve checked the database, and the contend is there, at 'field_data_body' table.

When I create a new node, the content at body field is saved normally too.

The only problem is that I can´t edit or show the body of nodes created before the upgrade.

There´s no error message.

In modules page i see that

"Variable translation
7.x-1.7 Multilingual variables that switch language depending on page language.
Requires: Internationalization (enabled), Locale (enabled), Variable (enabled), Variable store (7.x-2.x) (incompatible with version 7.x-1.2), Variable realm (7.x-2.x) (incompatible with version 7.x-1.2)

I have Variable 7.x-1.2 (last edition is the 7.x-2.1) but in module update check i don't find any pending update for variable module.

How i can update the variable module? Any idea?
