Upgrading Drupal

Hi,
I just updated from 7.21 to 7.24 our website with Drupal.
We have some blocks with "Pausing RSS Scroller", a javascript/php tool at http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/rsspausescroller/index.htm.

Script was working fine with v7.21 but after update to v4.24 script stopped to work.
Inspect from browser shows this error:

In my upgrade, I've spent two days offline and doing it very carefully one step at a time, since I have run into and solved (most) issues in test-runs prior.

So this time, I finally did get my CCK modules fields migrated and it all looked great for a moment. Until I went to change the settings of some fields, as I now use only s3 and can't be grabbing my various files from /files. I was greeted by this;

There is data for this field in the database. The field settings can no longer be changed.

I tried to upgrade my site from drupal 6.28 to 7.24. So I tried step by step from the D7 UPGRADE.TXT and now when i go to mysite.at/upgrade.php I get this error:

this site is made with joomla but it need to do the same with drupal, i try using ubercart but cant find the way to makeit downloaded or open the file without using a shopping cart

I had drush 3.3 installed. I have used drupal for sometime but never used drush for managing my hosted sites. I believe it is time for that. Wanted to upgrade drush and setup site alias.

I would appreciate if someone could assist. We can work via team viewer to make things easy. I know i need a lot of tuning and assistance.

I recently upgraded from 6.28 to 6.29.

I am getting the following errors:
Error: Cron has been running for more than an hour and is most likely stuck.
and
Warning: Attempting to re-run cron while it is already running.

Also my site periodically reverts to Maintenance Mode every so often. I can put the site back into Online mode from the admin panel and all seems to work well and as expected but I check again in a while and it has reverted to maintenance mode.
