I have never worked with Drupal before but I have worked with other web technologies, and I have been lumped with a Drupal project which is looking to enhance an existing Drupal 6 site. We worked with the business to gather requirements but we are now looking to get a Drupal expert in to advise us on how to approach this work, and to advise on costs and complexity of upgrading.
When upgrading Acquia Dev Destop, I got many error messages, and the machine told me to finish and post the following message in the Forum:
C:\Program Files\acquia-drupal/installer.log
C:\Program Files\acquia-drupal/priscript.log
==Ssdout==
Setup: GetRollbakBackup Path() RollbackBackup Directory not Found Setupscript_fail.
I just recently upgraded to Drupal 7.24. One of the odd side effects I am noticing is that my image styles appear to be broken now. I was using the default image styles (thumbnail, medium, large) as well as a few I had created myself. After the upgrade, all of my images using styles were displaying as broken images. I have my images linked to the actual image and when you click on the image, the image (actual size) displays correctly, which makes me think this is an issue with image styles.
When I edit content with an image this is what is happening:
I have been trying to upgrade my Drupal 6 site to Drupal 7 for several days with nothing but problems. In the beginning, when I would go to run update.php, the site would display maintenance page only. I realized that I had not removed line from settings.php file defining the maintenance page to use template from my custom theme. Issue here was I has switched to Garland theme to do update but it was continuing to attempt to access that file. I got past this.
Then, I would get several fatal errors when again running update.php like:
I have downloaded Drupal 7.24 and upgraded it but warning message came up under "status report" as below
