Upgrading Drupal

Hello,

After updating Organic Group module,
(there was a message "update security")
I got a blank page

And i got the saved files to restore my site.
But The Database has been updated too and I have no backup of it.

So, I've upgraded a D6 site to D7. D6 had a module called Content Profile that added a Node of type Profile to each User. It just created a Node authored by the User that had some extra field data in it. Content Profile doesn't exist in D7 but there are a couple options for User fields, one being using the new D7 core User profile functionality.

Hey all. Doing some maintenance work on the company site. This is my first run in with Drupal and I cannot for the life of me, set a featured image for a blog. I grab the jpeg from my carousel and copy its location to the blog. Upon investigating I realized that the version is outdated and many features are no longer supported. Could this be or is this the issue?

Also, has anyone been through these updates, can someone with no drupal exp and no coding exp take a safe shot at this? Although, I am tech savy :)

I backed everything up, put my site in maintenance mode, deleted everything but sites, copied over everything but sites... and browsed to /update.php. The update page came up... and then I clicked on the button to update... and it just gives me a blank result page with the URL of /update.php/selection.

Only error I see is in my apache error log that says:

I am working on a content type migration that is in D6 to a new entity in D8. I understand the basics of a migration how you have source, process (pipeline), and destination and I'm good on migrating all of the other existing fields over, except a complex field type of Location.

From what I've read, it seems many are taking the route of using dmap in migrating their content, but I am really looking to migrate into my own new Location custom content type and manage from there on out.

Hi all, does anybody know if I can upgrade my current Drupal theme to be mobile friendly/ responsive without having to re design it? I am not a designer/ programmer and I am wondering if there is an easy way to do this through an add on service or anything?? Thank you in advance for your help.
