Drupal 6 to Drupal 7 migration - How to find corresponding D7 module?

I am migrating an existing D6 site to D7. The D6 installed module list includes 102 enabled contrib modules (although the required modules are probably considerably less). Using the "Download & Extend" tool on Drupal.org, I began searching for corresponding D7 versions of the site's D6 enabled modules, but am having a difficult time making a 1:1 correspondence between the enabled D6 and available D7 modules based on deprecation, name changes, and inclusion in core.

Is there a better way to identify the available Drupal 7 contrib modules I may need in this upgrade? Thanks.

Minimum schema version

I am updating a from 8.2.1 to 8.2.4 and I am having this error.

The installed schema version does not meet the minimum.
Your system schema version is -1. Updating directly from a schema version prior to 8000 is not supported. You must migrate your site to Drupal 8 first.

I encounter this problem while running update.php.

Http AJAX error 200

I have a quite clean fresh D8 site on lightspeed virtual server and a problem while trying to update modules. Each time I try to use automatic update I get:

AJAX HTTP error.
HTTP error: 200
Diagnostic data.
Path: /batch?id=21&op=do_nojs&op=do

Have anyone seen such issue on D8? I have seen some issues about it related to drupal for firebug module but I do not have such installed. Please help...

Save button not working

I recently updated the site I'm working on to run Drupal 7.52, as I was having problems with it - the save button wouldn't respond when it came to editing pages, meaning that no site changes could be made. It was only a recommended update so I didn't think it would be the cause but thought I'd give it a go. However, the update didn't solve the problem!

Anyone have any ideas why the save button would have stopped working?

Unable to untar drupal-8.2.3.tar.gz.

Hi.

While trying to update my 8.2.2. I got this error message:
Unable to untar /tmp/drush_tmp_1480517208_583ee65869977/drupal-8.2.3.tar.gz.

Does anyone have a cause/solution to this?
